Last Updated: August 6, 2026

These Website Terms of Use, referred to as the “Terms,” govern your access to and use of ellevateft.com and any webpages, content, features, or resources available through the website, collectively referred to as the “Website.”

The Website is owned and operated by EllevateFT, LLC, referred to in these Terms as “Ellevate,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Website.

1. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides general information about Ellevate, our services, industry perspectives, client experiences, and related topics.

The Website is intended for informational and business-development purposes only. It is not intended to provide advice for any specific firm, organization, individual, situation, or transaction.

We may update, modify, remove, or discontinue any portion of the Website at any time without notice.

2. No Client Relationship

Your access to or use of the Website does not create a consulting, advisory, fiduciary, professional, or client relationship between you and Ellevate.

Submitting a contact form, sending us an email, scheduling a consultation, or communicating with a member of our team does not create a client relationship or obligate Ellevate to provide services.

A client relationship is established only through a separate written agreement signed by Ellevate and the applicable client. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will govern the services covered by that agreement.

3. No Professional or Investment Advice

  • A guarantee regarding the performance, suitability, availability, or results of any technology platform, vendor, service, process, or strategy
  • An offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities or other financial products
  • A substitute for advice from qualified legal, tax, accounting, compliance, investment, technology, or other professional advisers

You are responsible for evaluating information presented on the Website and obtaining appropriate professional advice before making business, operational, technology, financial, legal, or regulatory decisions.

4. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information. However, technology platforms, regulations, industry practices, vendor capabilities, and business conditions may change over time.

We do not guarantee that Website content is complete, accurate, current, reliable, suitable, or available for any particular purpose.

Website content may include articles, case studies, client testimonials, examples, perspectives, descriptions of services, and other materials. Case studies and testimonials describe particular circumstances and experiences. They are provided for illustrative purposes and do not guarantee that another client or organization will achieve the same or similar results.

Any references to third-party companies, products, services, platforms, or technologies are provided for informational purposes. Unless expressly stated, such references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or approval by the third party.

If you use the Website on behalf of a company, firm, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that organization and to accept these Terms on its behalf.

We may use information you submit to respond to your request, communicate with you, evaluate a potential business relationship, provide requested resources, and carry out other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Submission of unsolicited ideas, proposals, concepts, or materials does not create an obligation of confidentiality, compensation, review, or use unless Ellevate has agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information through the Website are described in our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Website, you acknowledge that information may be collected, used, and disclosed as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Website will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Ellevate’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

A waiver is effective only if it is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Ellevate.
