This role will focus on assisting our organization in the implementation, daily operation, and optimization of portfolio management platforms specifically designed to support wealth management firms and registered investment advisors (RIAs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth management technology and experience within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation Support: Assist in the setup and configuration of portfolio management platforms to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Operational Assistance: Provide ongoing support for daily operations, including troubleshooting and resolving platform-related issues.
- Optimization: Analyze platform usage and identify opportunities for enhancement to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures for platform usage.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in operations analysis, financial analysis, or a related role, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical team members.

- Support: Support project management efforts related to operational improvements and technology deployments.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in operations analysis, financial analysis, or a related role, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel)

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in alternative investments, be detail oriented, have knowledge of financial data and how RIAs work with custodians and their performance reporting platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis: Analyze/Reconcile operational data related to alternative assets, this will include comparing third party systems to the Advisors Performance reporting platforms, setting up new alternative investments in Performance reporting platforms and navigating fund portals for documents.
- Documentation: Document ongoing updates to processes as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to remediate anomalies found during reconciliation.
- Support: Support project management efforts related to operational improvements and technology deployments.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience with alternative investments, reconciliation and knowledge of financial data.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel)
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
